How to practice it:
Set aside devotion time to connect with your inner being for 10 to 15 minutes a day.
You will need a candle, a journal, a pen, relaxing music, and a quiet space.
Sit down and set your intention of connection with your inner being as you light the candle.
Ask your God-like nature to flow through you and align your energy centers (chakras) and expand the light of your being on all levels.
Breathe and relax your shoulders. Feel the rhythm of your pulse.
You can write down what you are feeling, what you need to let go of, or what you want to receive.
You are the author. This is your creation from your inner-net.
Whatever comes through you, write it down.
