His debut book, Sh#t Your Ego Says, was published by Hay House in 2017 and if you are looking for a book to tackle your ego and how it relates to your mindfulness practices this is the book that will help you have compassion for yourself and help you not take your ego so seriously.
Since mindfulness is one of those words that gets thrown around everywhere, my first question for James was his definition of mindfulness and he responded with: “Mindfulness is a way of life, thinking, and way of interacting with your own mind.” He also talks about how we get so wrapped up in what our minds are saying and we believe them more than we should.
