ABOUT MARA LIDACIS
Mara Lidacis, MPH is an Intuitive Life Coach, Holy Fire Reiki practitioner and yoga teacher — but, her most Divine assignment of all, is that of mother to triplet boys. She believes her children are her greatest spiritual teachers and were the true entree to her deepest personal and spiritual journey yet.
Mara’s work is currently focused on helping women, especially mothers, create and embody their life vision, by slowing down, tuning in, and recognizing their power to choose a fully aligned life. Mara infuses her work with an energy meets spirituality, meets science approach, and understands human behavior change, while also recognizing that every one of us has access and ability to experience the beauty of intuition and Higher Self guidance.
Mara felt called to the health & healing fields over 15 years ago, working initially in public health— her heart always pulling her to more holistic, mind-body approaches. Mara has this ability to be very grounded as a human, woman and modern-day mom, but at the same time, is equally aware of her connection to higher-frequency energy and an understanding that we are all Divine beings experiencing being human.
